    Asalamu Alykum Wa Rahmatullah,
When you say “baby sitting will be provided” does that mean kids are not allowed with the parents in the conference room? I know of some conferences that do not allow kids to remain with their parents during the conference…
Also, do you know if more rooms will be added for booking? We have been checking since a few days now, but no rooms are available.
    JazakAllahu Khairan.

Babysitting will be available for those who wish to take advantage of it. Children will be allowed inside the lecture halls as long as they don’t cause a disturbance for the other attendees.

Our contact at the hotel is off until after Memorial day, more rooms will be available this week inshaa` Allaah. Check back on Tuesday.

As Salaamu Alaikum to the Admin – I would like to suggest that you arrange separate rooms for women with children (largest room) and women without children (smaller room). As a parent with small children it is very hard to maintain the level of quietness necessary to benefit from the lectures. This arrangement allows for those sisters without children to not be disturbed and those sisters with children to not have to be harassed about the inevitable noise. Shukran.

Good point, we will do our best to keep the women’s area disturbance free so that the sisters can concentrate on the talks.

What time is the lecture going to be starting each and every day? Is there going to be a schedule going to be posted with times that it starts and end each day for the sisters who are going to be driving back and forth? In sha allah

The conference will be starting at 11:00 AM everyday inshaa` Allaah, and it will go until 11:00 PM everyday, including Sunday. A detailed itinerary will be posted in the coming days bi idhnillaah.

    As Salaamu Alaikum

I dont know if anyone has asked these question but here goes:
I have 4 young children ages 9 – 15. Will there be any kind of program set up for them? Do you have a special rate for your guest at the hotel?
If someone is interested in providing babysitting for you would they be able to aquire some type of compensation for their effort and time?
I pray that my question will help stop any unneccessary roming that young people do when they have no place to go. Having attend the many lectures in New Jersey, I can say this with all honesty….we need to make sure this wont be a problem. Jazakumullahu Kharyan!
